This one bedroom oak framed bedsit / annexe was created by converting a standard Radnor Oak 2 bay Kinsham which was formerly used as an oak framed workshop near Presteigne in Powys.

This luxury bedsit / annexe is perfect as additional accommodation for family members, as guest accommodation or as Airbnb accommodation. The comfortable living space for two people includes a double bedroom with bedside units, a shower room with basin and wc, a kitchen with oak units and granite worktops, and an open plan living room/diner with fantastic views across the countryside.

The main entrance is set back from the front of the building to offer additional protection from the weather. We also created two storage areas in the roof space for suitcases and items which are only used occasionally.

The exposed oak frame and curved knee braces create beautiful character, whilst engineered oak floorboards feel warm and inviting. The painted oak front door and oak windows complement the oak framed building perfectly.
