This annexe / office combo provides ample work space for two people and includes a double bedroom for additional living. It includes a shower room with basin and wc, a kitchenette, a hall way with oak floorboards and fantastic views across the garden.
A one bedroom oak framed Granny Annexe constructed near Blandford Forum in Dorset. The design is based around an adaptation of Radnor Oak’s 4 bay ‘Byton High Ridge’ oak framed building.
This oak annexe / office combo provides ample work space for two people and includes a double bedroom for additional living. It includes a shower room with basin and wc, a kitchenette, a hall way with oak floorboards and fantastic views across the garden. A beautiful oak entrance porch offers additional protection from the weather. We partitioned off the right hand bay to create a very useful machinery and tool store with oak double doors.
The oak frame includes exposed posts, tie beams and knee braces. Oak floorboards offer additional character to the hallway, whilst thick carpets keep the office and bedroom especially cosy. Painted oak doors and oak windows with traditional ironmongery complement the building perfectly.
