RADNOR OAK MANUFACTURES THE HIGHEST QUALITY OAK BUILDINGS, OAK CARPORTS & OAK GARAGES IN THE UK.

We have been creating beautiful oak framed garages, carports and multi-purpose oak framed buildings for over 30 years. Our prices are extremely competitive and our quality is unrivalled.

Our oak framed garages, outbuildings and car ports are supplied as pre-jointed kits and incorporate our trademark signatures; a traditionally jointed oak frame with substantial framing timbers and knee braces, heavy duty ancillary framing components and our own concealed weatherproofing system.

We can facilitate the construction of our buildings in most areas of the UK.

Four Bay Oak Framed Buildings, Garages & Carports

Our four bay Oak frame garages are a very popular choice as they are so flexible. Their uses are endless, from garages, workshops, home gym, carports, garden machinery stores, tool stores, home offices, studios... the list is endless.

Our standard bays are over 3.1m wide (overall), which is amongst the largest in the market to accommodate opening doors and the largest family vehicles and 4×4’s.

We can manufacture bays as wide as 3.50m unsupported.

We offer a varied range of designs, with with traditional pitched gable roof or catslide roofs. Building depth can be from 5.10m to 6.0m.

The height of our four bay oak buildings can be to suit your requirements – our range of buildings lower than 4m are by far the most popular as planning permission is not required in many instances. The 4 Bay Kinsham, Walton, Lucton and Byton Low Ridge are all under 4m and offer customers a range of options.

The 4.70m  ridge height of the Byton High Ridge can provide valuable extra storage space. Although it’s designed as a single storey oak building, there is sufficient room in the roof to create a loft for storage.

Our ‘Norton’ is a classic ‘Room Over’ (sometimes called ‘Room Above’ or ‘Lofted’) oak frame garage and with a 5.60m ridge height offers full headroom in the loft area. The oak frame includes impressive deep oak floor beams which support a first floor structure engineered to be suitable for a granny annexe or flat, a home or commercial office,  a craft room or workshop, or simply as storage area.

A side oak store is a very flexible addition to your oak framed building, garage, or carport, being suitable as a log store, bike store, bin store, general store for garden equipment or even as a lovely seating / veranda area for a gin and tonic after a hard day in the garden!

Our four bay Oak frame garages create very versatile buildings. Many of our clients use two bays for garaging, the third bay for garden equipment, and the fourth as a workshop, office or gym.

A variety of enclosed bays are available to create a variety of designs and styles to tailor your Oak frame building to your exact requirements. Popular enclosed bays include double garage doors, remote control roller shutter doors, personnel door / window combinations, French doors or full height windows.

If none of our standard layouts are suitable, please call our office on 01544 260727 to discuss how we can adapt one of the layouts to suit your requirements.
