Oak Framed Annexe – first somewhere to live during a house build, then a lovely holiday cottage for additional income…………
This quaint oak framed annexe provided temporary accommodation during the construction of a new home before being used as a luxurious and comfortable holiday let. Exposed oak beams, open plan kitchen diner and oak floorboards………..
The interior layout includes a kitchen, dining & living area, bedroom, and bathroom.
On one elevation a pair of ‘garage style’ double doors open outwards onto a gravel area of the garden. On the opposite side of the building you’ll find a pair of ‘stable style’ doors fitted with porthole windows which allow natural light in to the kitchen when closed, but again can be opened to open up fabulous views across the countryside.
The end result is a cosy lodge with a log burner suitable for use all year round.
